The public hearing of the Bill for the Establishment of Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery, Otu-Jeremi sponsored by our Amiable Rt. Hon. Revd Francis E Waive Representing the entire people of Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency at the National Assembly was a success.
