Gbagi Assured Delta State Youths of Better Future

Gbagi has assured youths in Delta state of a better future as plans are on to support the state government in ensuring and building greater opportunities for them.

This assurance was made by the Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Youth Development, Chief Emuoboh Gbagi, at a meeting of all appointees on youth development in Delta State held in Warri recently.

Gbagi who conveyed the meeting of all appointees on youth development, said the aim of the meeting is to enable them come together and brainstorm on ways to support the state governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on how to give youths in the state more opportunities to excel in life.

He praised the State Governor for the various youth empowerment programmes across the state, adding that, the meeting is also to proffer solutions to challenges being faced by youths in the state and to enable them stay away from criminal activities.

Gbagi who also commended the State Governor for keeping to his promise of building nineteen technical colleges across the state, said the idea will no doubt solve a large percentage of unemployment amongst youths in the state, adding that, the youth development appointees are ready to support and ensure the success of the agenda for youths in the state.


The special adviser further charged youths in the state to always be law abiding, remain peaceful, and support the Dr Ifeanyi Okowa’s plans for youths in the state.

Also speaking at the meeting, Executive Assistant on Youth Development to the State Governor, Mr Innocent Esewezie, Senior Special Assistant on Youth Development, Mr Traks Harry Esq, Prince Borne Ohwororiole, and Amb Caroline Usikpedo commended the state Governor for always remembering the youths

Highpoint of the meeting was a vote of confidence passed on Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration and promised to at all times support him to succeed.
