The Duku Royal family has announced the transition to eternal glory of His Royal Majesty the Orovworere of Effurun Otor Kingdom King (Dr.) Johnson Enemuadia Yovwino DUKU II – Francis Waive

It’s a pain to me personally as I had developed a personal relationship with His Majesty before and since my tenure as his Rep in our country’s House of Representatives.

His passion for development of his Kingdom was unparalleled. His drive to provide education to all and sundry remains as one of his legacies. That Effurun-Otor Kingdom enjoyed peace and progress during his tenure is a sign of who our departed monarch was.

I commiserate with the immediate family, the Effurun-Otor Kingdom and indeed all Urhobos on this sad occurrence. May the consolations of Christ see us all through this period.
