Rt Hon Francis Waive pays heartfelt tribute to the Late Hon Isa Dogonyaro in the House of Representatives.
Hon Francis Waive, member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency, serves at the National Assembly. He is in the House of Representatives. He paid tribute to the Late Hon Isa Dogonyaro.
According to Hon Waive, “My tribute to Late Hon Isa Dogonyaro during the Valedictory session Tuesday 27th May 2025”.
“Dogonyaro who was born December 5, 1977 & died on May 10, 2024. Until his death he was the member representing Babura/Garki Federal Constituency of Jigawa State in the House of Representatives”.
“He was a member of the Committee on Rules & Business. I serve as Chairman there. I knew him as a man of integrity, commitment, and good sense humour”. My prayers go up for his family”. He said.
