Ogbueshi Allanah Chinedu Sydney praises Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s commitment to people-focused governance and development.
Ogbueshi Allanah Chinedu Sydney publicly commended the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori. He praised the governor for his remarkable performance in delivering people-focused projects and programs across the state since assuming office.
He was a former Deputy Governorship candidate under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). This was during the 2023 Delta State Governorship Election. He praised Governor Oborevwori. He described his leadership as “anchored on service, vision, and compassion.”
Ogbueshi Allanah made a press statement available to journalists earlier today. He noted that the governor’s achievements in key sectors are commendable. These sectors include infrastructure development, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and social welfare. These achievements align with the core tenets of good governance.
“Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the well-being of the people of Delta State. His people-focused leadership in the past two years has made a meaningful impact on the lives of ordinary Deltans. I urge him to stay steadfast in his mission to put the people first,” the statement read.
The APC stalwart further highlighted the synergy between the governor’s developmental strides and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. He emphasized that the governor has successfully localized the federal government’s vision. This was achieved by tailoring initiatives to meet the specific needs of the state.
Ogbueshi Allanah Chinedu Sydney called on political stakeholders across party lines. He urged them to rise above partisan interests. He also encouraged them to support the governor’s developmental agenda. He stressed that “the essence of good governance is to make life more meaningful for the people.”
