Your Excellency, we thank God for making you our Governor at a time like this. Your sincerity of purpose, your devotion to our people, your quality projects spread across the State will outlive all of us and thus you have written your name in gold, your people oriented programs and your hands on approach to delivering the dividends of democracy to Deltans is part of your legacy and evident to all.
