
Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency Forum (U3) unanimously passed a Vote of Confidence on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Ede Dafinone, Hon (Rev.) Francis Ejiroghene Waive, and all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Delta State House of Assembly.
In a resounding show of solidarity, the decision came during a stakeholders meeting of the U3 Forum. This meeting highlighted the renewed spirit of unity. It also showed strategic collaboration across the Delta Central Senatorial District. This is a constituency where Ede Dafinone has consistently influenced positive change.
Ede Dafinone represents Delta Central at the National Assembly. He received high praise for his outstanding representation. His grassroots engagement and unwavering commitment to developing his constituency were also commended.

Chairman of the U3 Forum, Olorogun John Oguma, expressed strong optimism. He is hopeful for the future of the Urhobo nation in his address. Oguma commended Senator Dafinone for ensuring the voices of the grassroots are heard at the national level. He reaffirmed the forum’s unwavering support for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and the progressive ideals of the APC.
Senator Dafinone, in his remarks, emphasized that Delta APC is entering a new chapter characterized by unity of purpose, strategic partnerships, and people-centered leadership. Dafinone commended Governor Oborevwori for aligning with the Federal Government’s vision. He noted that this synergy would redirect Delta’s resources toward sustainable development and promote infrastructural growth.
The Senator further welcomed new entrants into the APC from various political backgrounds. He reiterated his commitment to inclusive leadership and promised equitable development for all. According to him, progress in Delta State is possible when Dafinone advocates that all hands are on deck, regardless of political affiliations.
One of the key moments of the meeting was the formal motion to pass the Vote of Confidence. Moved by Barr. Jaro Egbo and seconded by Barr. Adelabu Bodjor, the motion received unanimous support from members present, underscoring the robust backing for Dafinone within APC ranks in Delta Central.
