
The U3 youths presented a reward of recognition to Hon Francis Waive. This was in appreciation of his efforts and contributions to the development of the constituency.
Rt. Hon. (Rev.) Francis Waive on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, hosted U3 youths, and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency at T-Nero Event Hall, Udu. The gathering recorded massive attendance of over a thousand youths from all 32 wards of the constituency.
In his welcome address, Olorogun Ejiro Hope thanked the U3 youths, describing them as the future leaders of tomorrow. He also acknowledged the presence of Honourable Francis Waive, who represents the constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.

Hon Francis Waive in his remarks thanked the youths for their efforts, appreciated APC leaders who attended. He also used the opportunity to highlight his achievements. These include the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Ovwian. Other infrastructural projects were attracted to the constituency.
He also emphasized, the reforms of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting how they are changing Nigeria for the better. He also praised the achievements of the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and openly declared his intention to run for another term in the House of Representatives.
Notable dignitaries from the Delta APC attended the event, including Rt. Hon. (Rev.) Francis E. Waive, Olorogun John Oguma, Chief Henry Afure Sakpra, Olorogun Eddy Ono-Sorhue, and Barr. Valentine Onojeghuo and others
The U3 Youths event ended on a unifying note. The youths and party leaders rallied behind Hon Waive. They described the summit as a success.
