The Hon Federal Commissioner for Delta State at the National Population Commission (NPC), Hon. (Mrs.) Blessyn Brume-Ataguba, joined other Federal Commissioners and Directors in Abuja to conduct oral interviews for Grade Levels 14 and 15 officers of the Commission who are due for promotion this year.
The NPC must undertake periodic censuses, register births and deaths, and advise the President on population matters. The commission’s key functions also include:
– Data Collection and Publication: Collecting and publishing data on migration statistics
– Research and Monitoring the national population policy
– Disseminating information to the public among other functions.
By conducting these evaluations, NPC reinforces its dedication to effective human resource management and excellence in public service.
The interviews were held at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja.
