Delta State Governor reviews ongoing renovations at the Warri Township Stadium, with key officials present for inspection.

The Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, visited Warri Township Stadium today with NFF President Ibrahim Musa Gusau, former NFF President Amaju Pinnick, and Engr. Adeleke, Managing Director of Peculiar Ultimate Concerns Ltd, is to review the ongoing renovations.

The team toured key areas, including the hospitality suites, the Voice Operating Centre (VOC), and the main pitch. Most of the work met the expected standards for progress and quality. Oborevwori asked the contractor to use better cladding to improve the Warri Township stadium’s appearance and maintain high finishing standards.

Engr. Adeleke said the project will be completed by September 2026 and emphasised its importance to sports in Delta State.
